Our gas ducted heating wouldn't turn off, and whilst there were no available appointments the same day, the representative (sorry that I can't remember your name!) was patient, super friendly and guided me through the process of isolating the switch, turning it off and reassuring me that the unit was okay. The technician came out the next business day, resolved the problem quickly, educated and discussed a plan of the next steps to take before next winter.
