I called up about getting a quote to get my toilet unclogged (these new properties in Canberra very poorly built - no suprises there). It is the second time the toilet has clogged within 3 months. Canberra Plumbing was very helpful, really went out of his way to guide me on not only how to get this fixed, but a long term fix for this issue. All this, over phone! I have saved their number, they will the default I call for any issues I have in the future, genuineness and honesty go a long way in this market. Our gas ducted heating wouldn't turn off, and whilst there were no available appointments the same day, the representative (sorry that I can't remember your name!) was patient, super friendly and guided me through the process of isolating the switch, turning it off and reassuring me that the unit was okay. The technician came out the next business day, resolved the problem quickly, educated and discussed a plan of the next steps to take before next winter.
